HELLO 2010! ARE YOU READY TO MOVE FORWARD WITH YOU LIFE?

Every year we say the same things, “MY New Year’s Resolutions Are...” and more likely than not, we keep none of them, am I right?

Well this year, instead of self sabotage and not meeting those resolutions why not think of them from a different perspective.

They are not “resolutions” they are “suggested goals”.  That way you are not beginning your new year with the pressure of making everything all better.

You are not obligated to achieve all you set out to do.  Be realistic in your goals and the time frames you put on completing them.

Be kind to yourself this year.  That should be your first and foremost resolution or “suggestion”.  The better you treat yourself the more you have to give to others, right?  Have you ever noticed that when you are grumpy everything around you seems to go wrong?  Well it works the same in reverse.  When you are a Happy Camper, then the world seems to be on the correct axis and all is in harmony.  So make a point of not sweating the small stuff this year and deal with all of those “bigger issues” head on.

I have faith in you and know that you can achieve all you set out to do.
